About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head who can lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, develop new markets, and build strong customer relationships in the water treatment industry.

The ideal candidate should have experience in water softeners, water purification systems, or water treatment solutions and possess excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive company sales and revenue targets across assigned territories.

Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic and commercial water treatment products.

Generate new business opportunities and increase market penetration.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.

Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Build a high-performance sales culture.

Market Development

Identify and develop new markets, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.





Expand the company’s presence in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Build relationships with builders, consultants, OEMs, institutions, and corporate clients.

Customer Handling & Communication

Deliver excellent customer presentations and product demonstrations.

Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and client conversions.

Build long-term customer relationships and improve client retention.

Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Business Strategy

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution.

Suggest current product opportunities and market expansion strategies.
