We are a U.S.-based CPA and tax consulting firm looking for a highly skilled Client Service Executive to communicate with our U.S.-based clients.

This is primarily a voice and client-coordination position. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and must have excellent spoken English, confidence on the phone, patience, and a skilled communication style.

Prior accounting or tax knowledge is not required. Training will be provided.

Role & responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from U.S. clients
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing and prospective clients
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Take accurate and detailed messages
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and information
- Explain basic administrative processes to clients
- Route tax/accounting questions to the appropriate professional
- Update client information and call notes in our systems
- Coordinate with our U.S. and India teams
- Follow established call scripts and client-service procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information




- Handle difficult or frustrated clients professionally
