Role Description The Restaurant Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in calicut, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a smooth guest experience. This role includes supervising service staff, coordinating food and beverage service, managing table reservations, and monitoring cleanliness and presentation standards. The Restaurant Supervisor will handle guest inquiries and feedback, support customer satisfaction initiatives, and ensure that service protocols are consistently followed. The role also involves assisting with staff scheduling, basic inventory checks,



and close coordination with the kitchen team to maintain timely and accurate order delivery. The supervisor is expected to uphold company policies, support training of team members, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading restaurant or food service teams.
- Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality customer service.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and basic hygiene practices.
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred.
