Key ResponsibilitiesInsulation & Lagging Installation
- Fit insulation: Measure, cut, and install fiberglass, mineral wool, calcium silicate, and elastomeric foam.
- Cover systems: Apply protective jackets including aluminum, stainless steel, cloth, and mastic coatings.
- Wrap piping: Fabricate and install removable insulation blankets for valves, flanges, and exhaust systems.
- Read blueprints: Interpret structural arrangements, piping schematics, and insulation schedules accurately.

Pin Welding & Surface Preparation
- Operate equipment: Set up and operate capacitor discharge (CD) pin welding machines safely.
- Prepare surfaces: Clean, grind, and prep steel and aluminum substrates before welding pins.
- Verify welds: Perform bend tests and visual inspections to ensure maximum weld integrity.
- Layout patterns: Mark out precise pin spacing grids based on insulation thickness and type.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
