We are looking for a creative Video Editor who understands Instagram Reels and knows how to turn raw influencer footage into content that people actually want to watch.

What you'll do

- Edit influencer collaboration videos and Instagram Reels
- Turn raw footage into engaging, polished and natural-looking short-form content
- Create strong openings and maintain viewer attention through editing
- Use effective cuts, pacing, captions, B-roll, music and sound effects
- Edit UGC, storytelling, product demonstrations and testimonial videos
- Work closely with the influencer marketing team to bring concepts and scripts to life
- Study viral Reels and current editing trends




- Continuously improve videos based on engagement and performance

What we're looking for
- Good hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Valuable sense of pacing, storytelling and visual communication
- Ability to understand what makes viewers stop scrolling and continue watching
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Interest in current Instagram content and editing trends
- Experience with beauty, skincare, lifestyle or UGC content is a plus
- Portfolio of Reels/short-form videos is required

After Effects or motion-graphics skills will be an added advantage.
