Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The role involves editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content that showcases company products, processes, and brand stories for use in marketing, training, and corporate communication. Day-to-day tasks include assembling clips, applying transitions, sound syncing, basic audio cleanup, and color grading to ensure visual consistency and professional output.

Editor will collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to understand project objectives, create motion graphics and titles, and adapt content for various platforms such as website, social media, and presentations. The role also includes organizing and maintaining video asset libraries, following brand guidelines, and meeting project deadlines while suggesting creative improvements to enhance visual communication.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating structured, high-quality visual content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, appealing visual tone across all projects.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, overlays, explainers, and product highlight visuals.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or equivalent).
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret technical information, and translate it into clear visual content.
- Robust organizational skills for managing multiple projects, media files, and version control.
- Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in industrial or product-based video work is an advantage.
