Role Overview

We are seeking an in-studio, full-time Video Editor to join our team on-site in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. Working directly from our studio, you will collaborate closely with creative directors and strategists to craft short-form social reels, long-form podcast clips, promotional videos, and brand assets. Key Responsibilities

- Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-engagement videos optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and podcasts.
- - In office Studio Editing: Work directly in our Bhilai studio editing suite, managing raw footage transfers and turning around edits quickly in a hands-on creative environment.
- - Creative Enhancement: Add dynamic motion graphics, sound design, color grading, subtitles, and audio mixing to elevate video quality.
- - Pacing & Storytelling: Apply strong hook strategies and pacing techniques to maintain high retention rates across all edits.
- - Asset Management: Maintain and organize our local production servers, footage archives, project files, and brand templates.




- - In-Person Collaboration: Partner daily with on-site creative teams, directors, and strategists to turn campaign briefs into visually compelling videos.

Requirements

- Experience: 2–4 years of full-time video editing experience (agency or in-house brand background preferred).
- - Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and audio tools like Adobe Audition.
- - Social-First Mindset: Proven track record of creating high-performing vertical videos (1080x1920) designed specifically for social media engagement.
- - Portfolio Required: A strong demo reel showcasing diverse editing styles, visual storytelling, and motion design capability.
- - In-Studio Availability: Ability to work full-time on-site at our studio in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience running basic studio lighting or camera gear for secondary studio shoots.
- - Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator) for custom thumbnails and visual overlays.
- - Familiarity with AI editing tools (e.g., Descript, CapCut desktop) to speed up transcription and rough cuts.
