What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t just about trimming clips. You’ll be shaping stories.

- Editing high-quality videos for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ads, campaigns, branded content, etc.)
- Turning raw footage into compelling narratives with solid pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
- Adding motion graphics, text, sound design, and effects where needed (without overdoing it)
- Collaborating closely with our creative team, designers, and strategists
- Understanding briefs and bringing your own creative perspective to the table
- Managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment (yes, deadlines are real here)
- Keeping up with trends, formats, and what’s working in the content world

AI & Future-Ready Skillset

We’re looking for someone who’s not just keeping up with the future—but actively using it.

- Hands-on experience with AI video tools and workflows
- Ability to create end-to-end AI-generated videos (from concept to final output)
- Understanding of how to integrate AI into editing pipelines for speed, efficiency, and scalability
- Familiarity with AI tools for video, images, voice, and automation
- Experience with custom GPTs, prompt workflows, or AI-assisted creative processes is a big plus
- Someone who experiments, adapts, and finds smarter ways to create content

What We’re Looking For

We don’t just want someone who can edit — we want someone who gets content.

- 1–5 years of professional experience in Video Editing.



Candidates will be considered for Junior or Senior Video Editor roles based on their experience and skill level.
- Strong proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop basics
- A sharp eye for detail, timing, and visual storytelling
- Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience behaviour
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
- Good sense of music, pacing, and sound design
- A problem-solver mindset (because things will change at the last minute)
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told every small thing
- Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, colour grading, or working in an agency setup
