Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. In this role, the Video Editor will edit raw footage into polished videos for digital campaigns, social media, and branded content, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with client objectives. Daily tasks include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and collaborating with creatives and strategists to refine visual narratives.

Editor will also handle basic color correction and grading, integrate motion graphics and titles,



and prepare final deliverables in required formats and resolutions. The role involves close collaboration with the video production team during pre- and post-production to maintain brand consistency, meet deadlines, and support the agency’s end-to-end creative solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills for creating high-quality visual content.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent and cinematic visual tone.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to enhance storytelling with visual elements and titles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, framing, and audio-visual synchronization.
- Ability to work in office in Chandigarh, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and production teams.
- Relevant education in film, media, communication, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior agency or production house experience is an advantage.
