About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and AI-friendly Junior Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, music, and modern content creation.

You’ll work on Reels, Shorts, advertisements, brand videos, and social media content, combining strong editing fundamentals with modern AI-powered creative tools.

This role is ideal for someone who is not just comfortable with editing software, but is also curious, experimental, and excited to learn how AI can improve the video production process.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, Shorts, ads, brand videos, and social media content
- Transform raw footage into engaging, well-paced videos
- Select and integrate B-roll, music, SFX, transitions, subtitles, and graphics
- Perform basic color correction and audio cleanup
- Create straightforward motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects
- Follow scripts, creative briefs, references, and brand guidelines
- Understand references and recreate their overall editing style and approach
- Handle feedback and revisions efficiently
- Maintain organized project files, footage, and creative assets
- Use AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and overall production quality
- Generate or modify visual assets using AI when required
- Experiment with AI-generated images and videos for creative project

Editing Skills

You should have good working knowledge of:

- Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Video editing and visual storytelling
- Pacing, sequencing, and music synchronization
- Basic sound design and audio editing
- Basic color correction
- Typography, composition, and visual hierarchy




- After Effects / Fusion knowledge is a plus.
- AI & Creative Workflow

We’re particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable experimenting with emerging AI tools such as Nano Banana etc..

And have hands-on experience with:

- AI image generation and editing
- Product and image manipulation
- Creating visual assets for videos
- Maintaining visual consistency across assets
- Google Flow
- AI video generation
- Image-to-video workflows
- Creating cinematic AI shots
- Working with reference images
- Prompt-based shot creation

Knowledge of other AI image, video, voice, or creative tools is an added advantage.

You don’t need to be an AI expert. We’re looking for someone who is curious, willing to experiment, and quick to learn new AI tools and workflows.
