Role Description The Video Editor Intern will work full time on-site at Social Alchemy Lab’s Bhubaneswar location.

Responsibilities include editing video content for social media and marketing campaigns, assembling raw footage, and creating engaging visual narratives aligned with brand objectives. The intern will assist with basic video production tasks, apply color grading, and support motion graphics and graphic elements where needed. Day-to-day work will involve collaborating with content creators and marketers, organizing media assets, adapting content for different platforms,



and iterating on feedback to improve overall video quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating and refining high-quality video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and mood across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to support dynamic storytelling and visual branding.
- Basic familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and feedback constructively.
- Interest in social media trends, digital marketing, and storytelling, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced workplace.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in film, media, design, communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
