Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Surat.

The Video

Editor will manage the end-to-end video production process, including receiving briefs, planning storyboards, assembling footage, and editing videos for digital and social media platforms. Daily responsibilities include cutting and arranging clips, adding transitions and sound, performing basic color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics or text overlays to communicate Growit India’s brand and product benefits. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing,



product, and agriculture experts to create informative and engaging content for farmers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

The Video

Editor will maintain organized asset libraries, ensure consistency with brand guidelines, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and consistency.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging visual elements and titles.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop or Illustrator) is beneficial.
- Relevant experience creating digital content for marketing, education, or product storytelling, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced setting.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
