Video Editor (Full time | Kolkata)

At Amistad, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just edit videos but sees stories in moments.

If you’re the kind who can capture something real and turn it into something people want to watch (and rewatch), this might be for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Capturing live moments at events and turning them into high-quality reels on the go

Editing for social, ads, and campaigns — fast, sharp, and aesthetic

Bringing a strong sense of visual effects, visual rhythm, storytelling, and pacing

Working across tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / mobile editing (InShot, Capcut etc.)

Collaborating with our team on concepts, shoots, and execution

What we’re looking for

Someone phone-forward — quick, instinctive,



and comfortable editing in real-time A strong eye for aesthetics (this matters more than anything else)

Ability to move between quick reels and more structured storytelling edits

Someone who enjoys being part of the process — not just post-production

Why this role?

You’ll work across brands, events, and campaigns — turning raw, everyday moments into stories that actually land.

Location: Kolkata (remote, with occasional in-person shoots/meetings)

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skill, quality of work, and overall merit)
