Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohpa for a Video Editor and Graphic Designer. The role involves planning, editing, and producing video content that showcases properties, client stories, and brand messages across digital platforms.

The Video

Editor and Graphic Designer will handle video editing, color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects, as well as design marketing materials such as social media graphics, brochures, and presentations.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, organizing and managing media assets, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering content within deadlines. The role also includes optimizing content for various channels, maintaining quality standards, and adapting creative outputs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating content for marketing or brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals that align with brand aesthetics.
- Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging visual elements for video and static marketing materials.
- Experience with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalents).
- Solid understanding of composition, pacing, visual storytelling, and design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in office in Mohpa.
- Prior experience in real estate, advertising, or related industries is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in media production, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
