What You'll Do

- Edit YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Shorts, interviews, podcasts, news videos, and promotional content.
- Create engaging short-form content optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Edit long-form videos with strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, graphics, and audio.
- Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, text animations, B-roll, sound effects, and music.
- Create engaging podcast clips and multiple social media cuts from long-form episodes.
- Collaborate with content and social media teams to understand creative requirements.
- Organize and select footage to create compelling visual stories.




- Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across content.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, including aspect ratio, resolution, duration, and format.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, transitions, effects, and content styles.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

?️ What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good experience with Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
- Robust understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and social media content.
- Strong sense of timing, storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Ability to create videos that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with creative and content teams.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI-based video editing and content creation tools.
