Milkcrop is a Hyderabad dairy — our own animals, milked at 1 AM, fresh raw milk delivered to homes before sunrise. Also part of Growcrop, our digital agency for small businesses. You will shoot AND edit all our videos, alone:
- Farm shoots (early morning), delivery riders, happy customers • Reels, Shorts, WhatsApp status — 8 short videos + 2 ad creatives every week • Ad videos for Meta — you see how each one performs and improve the next • Content for our agency clients You must shoot and edit yourself, have your own editing laptop, and be willing to reach the farm at 4 AM sometimes.
Salary: ₹18,000 for 2 months, then ₹20,000. Extra ₹500 for every ad video that beats our best.
Timing: shoot-based, office 11 AM on other days, Wednesday off.
Interview: at our office — you will edit a 20-second Reel from raw footage on your own laptop.
