Job Summary:
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-impact HR Leader to driving end-to-end people strategy, employee experience,
and organizational effectiveness. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leadership,
owning the complete HR lifecycle while shaping a high-performance, future-ready workforce.
The incumbent will be a key member of the Global HR COE Team, influencing enterprise priorities,
driving transformation, and building a differentiated people culture aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Define and execute a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with business goals, workforce planning,
and growth agenda
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into scalable people strategies and
operating models
- Drive organization design, talent strategy, and transformation initiatives
End-to-End HR Ownership
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, overseeing talent acquisition efforts and to leading talent
development, engagement, performance and exit
- Ensure seamless execution across HR operations, policies, governance, and compliance
- Build and scale data-driven HR practices and people analytics for decision-making
- Collaborate across global teams on talent, rewards, HR tech, and transformation programs
- Ensure alignment with global HR frameworks, policies, and governance models
HR Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing decisions on talent, structure, performance,
and culture
- Lead workforce planning, succession, and leadership development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness, strengthening culture and retention
Talent & Culture Transformation
- Build a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with global standards
- Lead performance management, learning & development, and leadership capability-building
frameworks
- Drive diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives and modern employee experience practices
Leadership Expectations
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and executive presence
- Ability to operate at scale in a fast-paced IT workplace
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation across verticals and regions and large teams

Education Qualifications
- 15–20 years of experience in HR leadership roles within Global IT Services company
- Demonstrated experience in Strategic HR, HR Transformational & Business Partnering
- Prior exposure to global organizations and matrix structures
- MBA / Postgraduate in HR from a reputed institution is preferred
