Kemar Automation is looking for a dynamic, energetic and execution-driven VP / Head of HR to lead our complete HR function as we enter our next phase of growth.

What we are looking for:

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience managing 200+ employees
- Must have worked in a Software Delivery, Technology, Industrial Automation, System Integration or Project-based organization
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, L&D;, Compensation and Compliance
- Ability to build a performance-driven and accountable culture
- Experience managing multi-location/project-based workforce
- Strong leadership hiring, succession planning and organizational development capabilities
- Hands-on, highly energetic and comfortable working in a quick-growing entrepreneurial environment




- Candidates from Thane / Mumbai / Navi Mumbai preferred
