About the Role Noviqra Technologies is looking for a Vice President – Information Technology (VP – IT) to take end-to-end ownership of our technology architecture, product engineering, development and engineering organization.

We need someone who has spent their career building technology, products and engineering teams and can continue to remain close to development and architecture.

Key Responsibilities • Own overall technology strategy, architecture and engineering roadmap

- Lead end-to-end product development and technology delivery
- Architect secure, scalable and high-availability platforms
- Drive mobile, backend, API, SDK and real-time communication development
- Own cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring and engineering reliability
- Establish strong engineering, security and code-quality standards
- Build, mentor and scale a high-performance technology team
- Remain hands-on in critical architecture and technology decisions
- Work closely with the Founder, Product and Business teams
- Participate in technical discussions with enterprise customers
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/LLMs, for product adoption

Technology Exposure Strong architectural and development experience across several of the following:

- Flutter / Android / iOS
- WebRTC & Real-Time Communication
- REST APIs / FastAPI / Microservices
- Python & modern backend technologies
- MongoDB / Database Architecture




- AWS / Cloud Infrastructure
- DevOps / CI/CD / Containers
- Distributed & High-Availability Systems
- Application & Enterprise Security
- AI / LLM Integration

What We're Looking For ✓ 15 years of software/product development experience

✓ Strong software engineering and system architecture foundation

✓ Proven experience building and scaling production-grade technology products

✓ Experience leading engineering/technology teams

✓ Strong understanding of scalability, security, reliability and performance

✓ Ability to remain technically hands-on when required

✓ Strong product and ownership mindset

✓ Experience working with enterprise customers and technology teams
