Role Description The VDC Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for supporting Virtual Design and Construction workflows for engineering and construction projects. This role involves coordinating BIM models, reviewing drawings and digital project documentation, and ensuring alignment between design teams, project managers, and site teams. The VDC Coordinator will assist in setting up and maintaining model standards, managing model versions, and preparing visualizations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and CAD/BIM technicians to resolve model conflicts, support clash detection processes,



and maintain accurate project records. The role also includes documenting VDC processes, contributing to continuous improvement of digital workflows, and adhering to company and client standards for quality and data integrity.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency with BIM/VDC tools, Autodesk Forma and workflows (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related coordination software).
- Experience in reviewing engineering and architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation for construction projects.
- Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, manage digital project information, and track model updates and issues.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, building systems, and industry standards; prior experience in an engineering or construction environment is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling project data.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with project stakeholders and documenting VDC workflows and findings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project collaboration tools; familiarity with cloud-based CDE/platforms is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; relevant certifications in BIM/VDC would be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet project timelines in a fast-paced setting.
