Role Description The Utility Manager role at TRPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajahmundry, responsible for overseeing all plant utilities and related infrastructure.

The Utility

Manager will manage the operation and maintenance of utilities such as power supply, water systems, compressed air, and steam, ensuring consistent and reliable support to manufacturing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring utility performance, supervising facility management activities, coordinating wastewater treatment operations, and optimizing resource usage to meet environmental and regulatory standards. The role involves preparing and managing utility budgets, analyzing consumption data, identifying cost-saving opportunities,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and sustainability.

The Utility

Manager will also lead safety initiatives, support preventive and predictive maintenance, and provide guidance to technical staff to maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in plant Utilities operations and management.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for monitoring performance data, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements.
- Background in Facility Management (FM), including maintenance coordination and infrastructure reliability.
- Experience in Budgeting for utilities and facilities, including cost control and forecasting.
- Practical experience in Wastewater Treatment systems, regulatory compliance, and environmental best practices.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality systems in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency with utility monitoring tools, maintenance management systems, and basic MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in glass manufacturing or renewable energy-related industries is an advantage.
