Role Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In this role, you will design engaging, user-centric digital experiences across our marketing touchpoints and product interfaces - from wireframes and prototypes to polished, production-ready designs in Figma.

You'll work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring campaigns, landing pages, and user journeys to life.

Key Responsibilities

● Design intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and digital marketing assets.

● Create wireframes, user flows, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.

● Develop and iterate on interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts before development handoff.

● Apply strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

● Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs and business goals into engaging visual experiences.

● Conduct basic user research and usability reviews to inform design decisions and improve user experience.





● Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries in Figma.

● Work with developers to ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementation of approved designs.

● Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the team. Required Skills

● Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.

● Strong wireframing skills to structure and plan user interfaces before visual design.

● Hands-on experience building interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.

● Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.

● Good grasp of responsive design principles for web and mobile experiences.

Qualifications

● 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a marketing, product, or agency environment.

● Strong portfolio showcasing fintech-related UI/UX projects.

● Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● A strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs is required.

● Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms is a plus.
