Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Mumbai.
The User Experience
Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting user research, and translating insights into intuitive, engaging digital experiences for Kimirica’s products and platforms. Day-to-day activities include creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes; collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams; and refining designs based on feedback and usability testing. The role also involves applying design thinking methodologies,
maintaining visual consistency across touchpoints, and ensuring that all experiences reflect Kimirica’s brand values of wellness, ethics, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) to structure problems, define user journeys, and craft intuitive end-to-end experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in User Research, including planning studies, conducting interviews or surveys, and synthesizing insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Visual Design and Prototyping to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and present design decisions clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, along with experience in consumer or lifestyle brands, are beneficial.
- Familiarity with usability testing methods, responsive design principles, and industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is an advantage.
