Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Shift Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting Alltres’ RCM services, and building robust, professional relationships.

The Sales

Executive will identify client needs, explain service offerings, handle basic objections, and schedule follow-ups or appointments for senior sales team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with internal teams, meeting daily and monthly sales targets,



and providing clear and timely updates to supervisors. The position is designed for freshers who are eager to start a career in sales, learn quickly, and contribute to business growth in a structured and supportive environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and professional phone etiquette suitable for US shift calling.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service abilities, such as handling inquiries, explaining services, managing objections, and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Candidates should possess good computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office tools, email communication, and the ability to learn CRM or calling software.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and daily reporting within US shift timings.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to learn about healthcare RCM services, an interest in building a sales career, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (business, commerce, or related fields preferred), flexibility to work night or US-based shifts, and prior internship or project experience in sales or customer support (if any) as an added advantage.
