Key Responsibilities:

- Supports critical US technology hiring initiatives.
- Ensures timely fulfilment of niche and high-volume technical positions.
- Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
- Directly impacts project delivery, workforce planning, and business growth.

Skills & Experience Required:

- 7+ years of US recruitment experience. Senior Individual Contributor managing End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management
- Experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Expected to work independently with minimal supervision
