The selected candidates will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining proper production processes, following safety and quality standards, and supporting the production team in achieving daily targets.

This is a full-time, work-from-office prospect.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery as per company procedures and instructions.
- Carry out machine setup and basic operational activities.
- Handle raw materials and production materials safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets.
- Follow GMP, SOP, safety and quality requirements.
- Perform cleaning and routine checks of machines and equipment.
- Report machine problems, abnormalities or technical issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper production and operational records.
- Follow all safety guidelines while operating machinery.




- Support the production team during batch manufacturing and other production activities.
- Work effectively in a team and follow instructions from Shift Chemists and Production Supervisors.
- 12th Pass, ITI or Diploma qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing or machine operation.
- Candidates with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine operation and production processes.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Good discipline and willingness to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
- Candidates living in or around Waghodia and nearby areas will be preferred.
