- Generate recent B2B leads and acquire corporate clients.
- Promote A2Zees HR services including Recruitment, HR Consulting, Training, OD, PoSH and Employee Engagement.
- Build strong relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Founders and Business Leaders.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and prepare proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, referrals and corporate events.
- Manage existing client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM and regular sales reports.
