Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collections.
●Follow up with clients via phone, email, and other channels to resolve outstanding invoices.
● Maintain accurate records of all collections activity in the system.
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes or billing issues.
● Prepare reports related to accounts receivable status, aging, and performance metrics.
● Support monthly closing processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of receivables processes and basic accounting principles.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).
● Positive communication and teamwork skills
● Attention to detail

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
