About the Role

LOUDLABS is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to handle video editing requirements across different digital media projects and channels. The role involves taking raw footage and producing engaging, polished, and platform-appropriate videos while maintaining consistency in visual style, storytelling, and overall content quality.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and audience engagement,



along with an interest in digital media and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end video editing for content across different projects and digital platforms.
- Edit long-form & short -form videos, interviews, discussions, highlights, features, social media content, and other platform-specific content.
- Structure raw footage into engaging stories with strong pacing, narrative flow, and audience engagement.
- Add appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and other visual elements.
- Create engaging intros, outros, hooks, and transitions where required.
- Adapt editing style according to the tone, format, and target audience of each project.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to understand briefs and deliverables.
- Ensure videos are edited and delivered according to the publishing schedule.
- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining turnaround timelines.
