TITLE: Python Test Engineer (SDET)

Information about the position:

The SQA-II Automation Engineer will be part of the wider software team developing the automation framework. Responsibilities include understanding the complex product ecosystem, developing the needed automation libraries and scripts to facilitate the product testing in automation. Also, need to maintain the automation scripts in CICD workplace.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

To develop automated tests and validate our product delivery quality across the entire platform of components, OPTs (Outdoor Payment Terminals) and other IoT devices, middleware, applications, and Cloud services.

Understand the requirement, creating test plan and make sure to automate testcases within sprint. Completing regression testing on the areas in scope for testing by executing our automation frameworks and monitoring the results to ensure they reach both company and agreed industry approval standards with a focus on automation.





Executing and maintaining our automation suite to ensure that they are operating and available for teams during delivery test cycles.

Where automation capability is not available conducting manual testing to validate the end-to-end flows.

To support release preparation and test exit reporting for acceptance decisions and audit / compliance purposes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Automation Framework development and execution
- Develop the framework wherever needed. Design test libraries from analysis of requirements and message specifications to prove the developed solution complies with the project/business mandate. This includes understanding the communication protocols (mostly TCP based) between various microservices.
- Develop asynchronous network libraries to communicate various network components.
- Proficiency in handing python asyncio libraries.
- Excellent coding background in python. This includes simulator dev
