We're a Deeptech company building AI platform with on top point solutions, with a growing patent portfolio and a hyper-hashtag#growth trajectory. Our work sits at the intersection of cutting-edge tech and impact having country level scale. Not everything we build gets a case study. Some of it, you'll only understand once you're inside — and even then, only partly.

This isn't a role for someone looking for structure and predictability. It's for someone who wants to be in the room where decisions get made — and who's ready to help make them happen.What you'll actually be doing: Jumping between strategy, ops, hiring, fundraising prep, and whatever fire needs putting out that day.One hour you're deep in a pitch deck, the next you're fixing a broken process, the next you're on a call with a customer. If you need one job description on a laminated card, this isn't it.

We're looking for someone who:



Thrives under pressure and doesn't wait to be told what to do Can multitask without dropping the ball — priorities shift fast, and so should you Has a bias for action — you see a gap, you close it.

Understands that what we're building matters at country level scale, can operate with high trust and high autonomy from day one comes from a Tier 1 college background.

This role sits close to the founders and touches nearly everything in the company. It's high-pressure, high-visibility, and genuinely one of the best seats in the house to learn how a company gets built from the inside.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
