Technical Sales - HVAC and Air-Quality Solutions

Role Overview

The employer is a specialist provider of air-quality and HVAC solutions for healthcare, pharmaceutical, commercial, data-centre, hospitality and industrial customers. This field-oriented role develops new business and key accounts across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana through direct, channel and project sales. It is home-based in Hyderabad or another suitable location within either state, with regular customer and project-site visits; local and relocation candidates are accepted. Reporting to the South India Sales Head, the role requires technical-commercial judgment, and final designation depends on experience, current title, team size handled and interview feedback. The Senior Engineer is an individual contributor, while the Assistant Manager combines individual sales ownership with leadership of two to three members.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive current-business acquisition and key-account growth across the two-state territory.
- Build relationships with end-users, HVAC consultants, PMCs, EPCs,



contractors and architects.
- Generate qualified enquiries through direct, channel and project-led specification activity.
- Map priority opportunities across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, commercial buildings, data centres, hospitality, industry, laboratories and cleanrooms.
- Interpret applications, drawings, tender requirements and site conditions to identify suitable solutions.
- Apply HVAC design, equipment-selection and specification knowledge while shaping proposals.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers for AHUs, kitchen-exhaust, chemical-filtration and related HVAC requirements.
- Evaluate tenders, bids and RFQs for compliance, viability, delivery expectations and risk.
- Coordinate bid inputs with engineering, R&D;, production, quality and procurement.
- Negotiate techno-commercial terms, close orders and support disciplined execution handover.
