Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for all activities related to Service Department.
- Responsible to attend customer Service call at site.
- Follow Work Process & Maintain effectiveness of Service Department.
- Inter Departmental communication & Co-Ordination (Query & service feedback etc)
- Visit customer site for service call / commissioning.
- Submit Root cause to customer & HOD for each service call.
- Submit service report with root cause analysis.
- Arrange requisition slip for service requirement.
- Provide best effort to provide customer service & resolve problems with proper process.
- Support Team Leader in standardization process for future strategic approach.
