We are looking for a vendor with the following capabilities to support our project requirements:
- Project BOM preparation and enquiry handling.
- Positive knowledge of fabrication and sheet metal components.
- Automation knowledge and understanding of automation-related materials/components.
- Preparation and follow-up of Purchase Orders (PO) as per project requirements.
- Material enquiry, quotation comparison, and vendor coordination.
- Continuous material follow-up with vendors.
- Ensure on-time procurement and delivery of materials as per the project schedule.
- Coordinate closely with the Production Team to ensure materials are available on time.
- Provide timely procurement support to avoid production delays.
- Follow up with vendors for pending materials, delivery commitments, and quality issues.
- Maintain proper BOM, PO, delivery, and material tracking records.
