Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer enquiries and convert them into confirmed visits to our centre.
The primary responsibility of this role is to contact enquiries, understand their requirements, follow up with interested prospects and schedule centre visits.
The candidate will coordinate with the Business Manager and hand over prospects who visit the centre for further counselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Call new enquiries and provide relevant information about the centre and its services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for centre visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects who have not yet confirmed a visit.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, appointments and centre visits.
- Coordinate with the Business Manager regarding scheduled and attended visits.
- Handle basic customer questions and objections professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned enquiries.
- Work towards achieving assigned centre visit and walk-in targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective customers.
Performance Expectations
The key objective of this role is to convert enquiries into actual centre visits.
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Enquiries contacted
- Follow-ups completed
- Appointments scheduled
- Confirmed centre visits
- Actual walk-ins attended
- Quality and accuracy of lead records
The focus is on generating genuine centre visits, not simply the number of calls made.
