Location: Sahibabad Site-4, Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 CTC
Working: 6 Days | Monday Fixed Off

Job Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting, ledger, journal, cash book, bank book, trial balance, P&L; and basic MIS reporting.
- GST work including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B/ITC reconciliation, E-Invoice and E-Way Bill.
- TDS calculation, payment, returns and basic statutory compliance.
- Bank reconciliation, RTGS/NEFT, vendor payments, customer receipts and payment follow-up.
- Purchase, sales, inventory, raw material, production, job work and manufacturing-related accounting.
- Vendor/customer reconciliation, outstanding follow-up, debit/credit notes and invoice checking.
- PF, ESIC, payroll-related inputs and coordination with CA/consultants for statutory filings and audits.
- Manufacturing costing,



stock reconciliation and monthly MIS preparation will be an added responsibility.

Candidate Profile:

Accounts Executive with robust practical knowledge of GST, TDS, banking, reconciliation and manufacturing accounting. Candidate should be capable of independently handling regular accounts work and coordinating with Management, CA, vendors, customers and statutory authorities.
