- Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage civil and structural works, including foundations, basements, RCC superstructures, faade interfaces, and finishing activities.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and material resources to achieve milestone-based targets.
- Oversee procurement planning and ensure timely availability of construction materials and resources.
- Manage subcontractors, contractor billing, cost control, and budget performance.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, HSE requirements, and statutory regulations.




- Conduct regular site reviews and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and productivity targets.
- Identify and mitigate construction risks, delays, and technical challenges proactively.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, MIS, and project records for effective monitoring and decision-making.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to facilitate approvals and address project-related issues.
- Drive value engineering initiatives and implement best construction practices to optimize cost and enhance efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop site engineers, supervisors, and project teams to achieve operational excellence and successful project delivery.
