Key Responsibilities – Test Driver (Commercial & Personal Vehicles)
- Conduct road tests and performance checks for commercial and personal vehicles.
- Perform pre-delivery and post-repair test drives to verify vehicle condition.
- Check brakes, steering, clutch, gearbox, suspension, engine performance and abnormal noises.
- Identify and report vehicle issues, defects and performance concerns to the Service Advisor/Technician.
- Verify whether repair and service complaints are properly resolved before vehicle delivery.
- Conduct test drives safely as per company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain proper test-drive records and vehicle inspection details.
- Ensure vehicles are handled carefully during testing and returned in proper condition.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Team for rectification of issues.
- Support the workshop team in quality checks and final vehicle delivery inspection.

Required Criteria:
- Education:



Diploma/Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering
- Preferred Qualification: Diploma/Graduate / Post Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Preferred Industry: Automobile / Automotive Service / Vehicle Dealership / Commercial & Passenger Vehicle Service.
- Skills: Valid Driving Licence, Good Driving Skills, Knowledge of Commercial & Passenger Vehicles, Basic Vehicle Technical Knowledge, Road Safety, Vehicle Inspection, Problem Solving, and Good Communication.
