Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Admission Counselor who will not only guide students and parents regarding defence career pathways (NDA, CDS, AFCAT, SSB, etc.) but will also handle centre-level administrative operations. The role requires strong communication skills, counselling ability, and administrative ownership with future growth toward a Centre Manager profile.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Admission Counseling & Student Handling
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses related to NDA, CDS, AFCAT, SSB, and Defence Orientation Programs.
- Explain course structure, fees, batches, schedules, and selection process clearly and confidently.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic inquiries, website leads, and social media leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain inquiry, admission, and follow-up records accurately.
- Coordinate with faculty regarding batch allocation and student onboarding.
- Ensure a positive, disciplined, and inspiring environment aligned with defence values.

Administrative & Centre Operations (Managerial Inclination)
- Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain student records, attendance, fee records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and management for academic and administrative tasks.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct at the centre.
- Manage basic inventory, stationery, and classroom requirements.
- Support centre head/management in scheduling batches, exams, and events.
- Handle basic reporting related to admissions, collections, and centre performance.
- Assist in organizing seminars, counselling sessions, mock tests, and parent meetings.

C. Coordination & Reporting
- Act as a point of contact between students, parents, faculty, and management.
- Prepare daily/weekly admission and inquiry reports.
- Assist management in implementing policies, processes, and promotional activit
