About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Coffee House Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee house at our Bangalore Rehab Center. The candidate will be responsible for customer service, staff management, inventory, hygiene, sales, and smooth overall operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the coffee house.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment.
- Supervise and guide café staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Manage customer orders, billing, cash handling, and daily sales records.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely purchase/replenishment of items.
- Minimize wastage and control operational costs.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain daily sales, expense,



stock, and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with the Rehab Center management for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Train staff on customer service, hygiene, discipline, and café procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Candidate must have completed Hotel Management or an equivalent hospitality-related qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in café, restaurant, coffee house, hospitality, retail, or customer-service operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and team-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, inventory, and daily reporting.
- Responsible, disciplined, and presentable.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced customer-facing environment.
- Candidates from Bangalore, Kolkata, or Manipur will be preferred.
