About the Role

We are looking for a talented 2D Draftsman & 3D Rendering Artist who can convert design concepts and site requirements into accurate technical drawings and realistic 3D visualisations.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and design team throughout the project.

The role combines technical drafting, interior detailing and 3D visualisation.

Key Responsibilities2D Drafting
- Prepare accurate 2D architectural and interior drawings.
- Prepare furniture layouts and space-planning drawings.
- Prepare false ceiling layouts.
- Prepare electrical and lighting layouts.
- Prepare flooring layouts and other interior drawings.




- Prepare detailed elevations and sections.
- Prepare furniture and joinery drawings.
- Develop working drawings based on approved designs.
- Update drawings based on site conditions and client revisions.
- Ensure drawings are properly dimensioned and ready for execution.
- Maintain organised project drawing files.

3D Modelling & Rendering
- Create detailed 3D models of interior spaces.
- Produce realistic interior renders for client presentations.
- Develop materials, textures, lighting and furniture details.
- Create multiple design options when required.
- Make revisions based on client and design-team feedback.
- Ensure 3D visuals accurately represent the proposed design.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding site measurements and requirements.
- Understand drawings and designs from the execution perspective.
- Make sure the 2D drawings and 3D visuals are consistent.
