Job Description -

Conduct skill gap analyses to identify training needs across various teams.

Prepare and release a comprehensive Quarterly Training Calendar covering Induction, Refresher, and Advanced training programs.

Design and develop interactive and engaging training materials for both online and offline delivery modes.

Ensure training content is business-relevant, technically accurate, and up-to-date.

Deliver technical training sessions (classroom, virtual, and blended learning) effectively across different training types and modes.

Travel PAN India as needed to facilitate onsite training sessions.

Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, assessments, and feedback as per ISO standards.

Ensure all training documentation is audit-ready and systematically updated.

Develop systems and processes to monitor post-training performance of employees.

Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Managing and monitoring the THD agent performance (THD+ Training) and developing them as next level trainers





Perform advanced research to find reliable, updated, and relevant content to enhance learning programs.

Analyze post-training assessment results and feedback to refine curriculum.

Provide continuous support and mentoring for recent employees.

Conduct performance evaluations during and after the onboarding training period.

Consolidate frequently reported issues and create Technical Bulletins for proactive knowledge sharing across teams.

Conduct periodic skill mapping exercises.

Identify top performers and facilitate cross-skilling initiatives to broaden team capabilities.

Maintain high training standards ensuring engagement, interactivity, and measurable outcomes.

Collaborate with various internal teams to align training with operational and strategic goals.

Collaborate with BD,KAM,Operations, Quality, and HR teams to align training objectives with organizational goals and ensure smoot
