- Check website usability on mobile and desktop.
- Maintain registration forms, payment links and enquiry forms.
- Coordinate with the website developer when technical changes are needed.
- Check broken links, page errors, loading issues and form submissions.
- Maintain website backups, access control and basic security coordination.
- Ensure all pages have clear calls to action.

SEO management
- Conduct keyword research for Satvatma’s courses and services.
- Improve page titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal links.
- Optimise content for relevant searches without using misleading claims.
- Create a monthly SEO content plan.
- Coordinate or write blogs, FAQs and educational articles.
- Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Improve visibility for relevant Gurgaon, Delhi NCR and online-workshop searches.
- Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Track rankings, organic traffic,



enquiries and conversions.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate corrections.
- Build ethical backlinks and partnership opportunities where appropriate.

Conversion optimisation
- Improve landing pages to increase registrations.
- Test headlines, calls to action, testimonials and enquiry forms.
- Track visitor-to-lead and lead-to-payment conversion.
- Recommend changes based on actual data.
- Ensure website visitors can quickly understand the workshop benefit, date, price and registration process.
- Coordinate with the social-media and advertising team.

Reporting
- Provide a monthly report covering:
- Organic traffic.
- Search impressions and clicks.
- Significant keyword movement.
- Leads and registrations from organic sources.
- Website errors.
- Work completed.
- Priorities for the following month.
