We are hiring experienced Salesforce Business Analysts to bridge business requirements and Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, Salesforce CRM processes, process mapping, documentation, UAT, and Agile methodologies.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand business requirements, identify process improvements, and support successful Salesforce project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand business processes and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Prepare user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
- Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA, and project teams.
- Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect resolution.




- Coordinate with stakeholders during implementation and deployment.
- Develop and analyze Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
- Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce CRM experience.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce business processes.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience preparing functional documentation and user stories.
- Hands-on experience supporting UAT and Agile project delivery.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
