KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Generation & Target Achievement (60%)

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

Identify and prospect recent customers through cold calling, referrals, and market visits

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with 3x coverage of monthly targets

2. Territory Management (25%)

Own and manage assigned territory (city/district/state as applicable)

Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings (5-10 per day)

Map all potential customers in territory and prioritize based on potential

Travel to different cities/towns within assigned territory

Plan weekly/monthly field schedules for optimal coverage

3. Customer Relationship Management (10%)

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations

Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment

Collect customer feedback and share with management

4. Reporting & Administration (5%)





Update Reporting daily with all activities, meetings, and deals

Submit daily call reports (DCR) and weekly activity reports

Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates

Report competitor activities and market intelligence

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Graduation in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Science preferred

Experience

5-8 years of experience in B2B field sales

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Automotive aftermarket, spare parts, accessories experience preferred

Distributor/dealer sales experience is a plus

Territory management experience required

Required Skills

Hard Skills:

Strong sales fundamentals (prospecting, pitching, closing)

MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Understanding of B2B sales processes

Basic negotiation skills

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills in local languag
