Summary

As an Senior Contract & Compliance Specialist at Gainwell, you will serve as an individual contributor responsible for leading the development, negotiation, interpretation and administration of complex contracts and associated governance across the enterprise. This role partners closely with legal, procurement, HR, and business stakeholders to manage contractual risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive standardized contract practices that support organizational and client objectives.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advisor Contracts to support a U.S.-based healthcare technology and services organization focused on contracts with vendors, state and local governments as well as commercial entities. This role will be responsible for independently managing complex commercial, healthcare, technology, vendor, and government-related contracts throughout the contracting lifecycle.





The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills, solid contract interpretation and negotiation experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with U.S.-based legal, sales, procurement, delivery, and executive teams.

This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. Here are the details on this position.
