Spare Parts Executive – Mahindra Service

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day spare parts operations for the Mahindra Service Workshop.
- Identify and arrange the required spare parts for vehicle service and repair.
- Coordinate with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Prepare parts requisitions, purchase requests, goods receipts and issue records.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inventory records.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving and critical spare parts.
- Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage and issue of spare parts.
- Check part numbers, quantities and specifications before issuing parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the Parts Department for ordering and follow-up of pending parts.
- Monitor stock shortages, excess stock and damaged/unused parts.
- Maintain proper documentation and support stock verification and audits.
- Ensure compliance with Mahindra parts procedures, safety
- Support the workshop team in achieving timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Criteria
- Education:



ITI / Diploma / Graduate
- Preferred Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical / Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Automobile Spare Parts / Service
- Freshers: ITI / Diploma candidates with valuable knowledge of automobile spare parts may also apply
- Preferred Industry: Automobile / Automotive Service / Mahindra Dealership / Commercial Vehicle Service / Auto Spare Parts
- Skills: Spare Parts Knowledge, Inventory Management, Part Number Identification, Stock Control, Purchase & Supplier Coordination, MS Excel, ERP/DMS Knowledge, Communication Skills, Teamwork and Problem Solving
