A Senior Sales Executive in gold jewellery manages high-value retail sales, guides customers through selections, and helps the store reach its sales targets.
- Customer Service: Greet customers politely, understand their preferences and budgets, and show the right gold ornaments.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and showroom sales goals by promoting collections and upselling.
- Transactions & Pricing: Weigh selected items, calculate prices and making charges accurately, and coordinate billing.
- Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with repeat clients and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Stock & Counter Care: Keep display boxes clean, count daily opening and closing stock, and return items safely to racks.
- Exchanges & Repairs: Handle old gold exchange or repair requests by noting weights and sending items for valuation.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Usually 4 to 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a jewellery showroom.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of gold purity, weight measurements,



and current design trends.
- Communication: Transparent and polite communication skills, often requiring local language fluency (such as Tamil).
- Math Skills: Good basic arithmetic for calculating weights, rates, and making charges.
- Work Location :Willing to Relocate to Theni or Local Residence of Theni,

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
