- Source top talent for various positions our esteemed clients in pharma, Biotechnology, chemical industry through headhunting, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring methods on technical roles.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with company culture and requirements.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and plans to meet business needs.
- Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards in selection process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Proven track record of successful headhunting, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring experiences.
