- Manage daily branch operations.
- Achieve sales and business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff.
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve complaints.
- Monitor expenses, performance, and branch profitability.
- Ensure company policies and compliance are followed.
- Prepare regular branch performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales/operations or branch management.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From ₹14,544.92 per month
